The mornings

Every session runs 9am to 1pm around one big table. Small enough that you get real help, personal enough that you'll want to come back.

Sarah, your host, with a coffee at her table

Your host, Sarah

I work in AI product management at Centric Software, and outside of it I built and shipped Track & Thrive, my own health coaching platform, using exactly the tools I teach. I'm not a professional lecturer. I'm someone who builds things and loves showing others they can too.

These mornings happen around my dining table in Notting Hill because I think the best learning happens somewhere warm, small, and personal. You'll be looked after.

Between sessions, we're on WhatsApp

Questions, wins, and first dibs on new dates. Come and join the conversation.
