I am Sarah. Principal Product Manager for AI at Centric Software, and founder of Track & Thrive, an AI health platform I built myself and run in beta in the UK and US.
I am not technical. I do not write code. An agent triages my inbox hourly and drafts my replies, another hunts grants and investors weekly, another reviews every line of code before it ships. I built all of it with Claude, n8n and connectors, and I teach exactly that.
What a morning actually looks like
No slides, no lecture, no watching someone else's screen. You are at the table with your own laptop and your own problem, and I am next to you when you get stuck.
