AI training for small business owners in London

You do not need an AI strategy. You need the invoicing chased, the enquiries answered and the Instagram posted, without you doing it at 11pm. One morning in Notting Hill, and it is running.

What owners have built here

An assistant that reads every new enquiry and drafts the reply in their own voice. A quote generator that turns a two line email into a proper PDF. A weekly routine that pulls together what sold, what did not, and what to reorder.

None of those people were technical. All of them left with the thing working before lunch.

How the morning works

  • Arrive with the one task you hate most. Not a vague ambition. The thing you did last Tuesday and will do again this Tuesday.
  • We build it together, with Claude, in plain English. You do the typing, I do the unsticking.
  • By 1pm it runs. You also know how to build the next one without me, which is the real product.
  • Six people at a table, so you hear what five other owners are automating. That is usually worth the ticket by itself.
  • £95 founding seat, rising to £120. An allowable business expense, receipt provided.

If your problem needs longer

Some businesses have one big knot rather than a small task. For that, two hours of 1:1 AI training on your specific setup is £450, and we go as deep as it needs.

Questions about this

What kind of businesses come?

Coaches, consultants, agencies, shops on and around Portobello Road, property people, a florist, a physio, a couple of e-commerce brands. If you send emails and use a spreadsheet, this applies to you.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Almost certainly. Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify, Xero, WhatsApp. Bring your logins and we connect to what you actually run.

Is this a course on AI strategy?

No. No slides, no theory. You leave with one thing working and the ability to build the next one.

Can I claim it as a business expense?

Training that keeps your existing skills up to date is normally an allowable expense for a UK business. I am not an accountant, so check with yours. You get a receipt from Luma at booking.
