How the morning works
- 9am to 1pm, six people, a home on Portobello Road. Coffee from the kitchen behind you, not a paper cup on a conference table.
- You leave with a working app or assistant that you built. Not notes, not a reading list. A thing that runs.
- No coding required. Most people arrive already using AI, usually just chat. This is the step past it.
- What to bring: a laptop and a problem you actually have.
- Price: founding seats are £95, rising to £120.

Which morning is which
Some Built by Lunch mornings are open to everyone and some are women only. The Luma listing says which, on every date.
The build itself changes too. Some mornings you build your first app, some you build an AI email assistant, some a social assistant. Same format, same six seats, same promise that it works by 1pm.
